BauProjekt has, since its foundation in 2009, made a name for itself. With the company headquarter in Viennas 7th district (Neubau), we are located in the “creative quarter” of the Austrian capital city. As a result, the company as well– in addition to the own architecture and planning expertise – have excellent contacts to other creatives and professionals …  

The projects that BauProjekt supervises range from smaller conversion/remodling measures to large-scale projects of all disciplines. The clients include builders from the private sector, insurance companies, banking institutions and many more.

For us, however, there are no small or large projects – only important ones. Or to put it in another way: Every project has priority and is planned to the best of our knowledge and belief – so that it can then be implemented quickly and professionally by us as a general contractor.

Quality assurance measures – e.g. ongoing quality controls or prescribed procedures – are permanently taken in internal order development. DIN ISO 9001 serves as the basis for these quality assurance requirements applied in our office.
